The University Club is in the Historic Reliance Building, located in the heart of downtown Moline, Illinois was once home of the classic Carson Pirie Scott Department Store.
The University Club has two beautiful banquet rooms to choose from, our newly renovated Piano Bar and the Upper Level Room; both reception halls have hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, tall windows, lounge areas, elegant lighting and exposed spiral duct work creating a romantic and classic setting for your special event. The 8500 square foot Piano Bar renovation was completed in the Spring of 2011 and features an elegant marble bar, balcony and piano. The Upper Level is a 7500 square foot banquet room featuring a newly renovated marble bar and a spacious floor plan. The facility is also equipped with a full service kitchen, modern restrooms, and a coat room.
