Included with $1,275.00 Rental fee:
- All necessary tables and padded chairs
- Five hours for reception ($200 for each additional hour of reception or decorating)
- Two hours of decorating the day before the event, if room is available. We will notify you of decorating availability 3 weeks prior to the event

- Linens for round tables included 71” square white, linens for rectangular tables included 52” x 114” rectangular white, other colors and sizes available, all linens must be ordered through the University Club, please see a representative for other options.
- Table skirting 5 – 8 ft. white sections (additional $25 per 8 ft section, one side of table, or $50 for full table all the way around, ivory extra charge)
- Cotton Napkins (white or color included, ask a representative for available colors)
- China (included: dinner and cake/dessert plate and salad bowl, 1 per each guest)
- Silverware includes dinner fork, spoon, and butter knife at guest tables.
- Included are salad fork at buffet table and cake/dessert fork at dessert/cake table.
- Glassware, including water glass on table and coffee cups at drink station
- Set-up of tables, chairs, linens that are provided by University Club
- Room clean-up
- Personal decorations for next day up
