Included with $1,275.00 Rental fee:

  • All necessary tables and padded chairs
  • Five hours for reception ($150 for each additional hour of reception or decorating)
  • Two hours of decorating the day before the event, if room is available. We will notify you of decorating availability 3 weeks prior to the event

Package #2: $10.00/person

  • Linens for round tables included 71” square white, linens for rectangular tables included 52” x 114” rectangular white, other colors and sizes available, all linens must be ordered through the University Club, please see a representative for other options.
  • Table skirting 5 – 8 ft. white sections (additional $25 per 8 ft section, one side of table, or $50 for full table all the way around, ivory extra charge)
  • Cotton Napkins (white or color included, ask a representative for available colors)
  • China (included: dinner and cake/dessert plate and salad bowl, 1 per each guest)
  • Silverware includes dinner fork, spoon, and butter knife at guest tables.
  • Included are salad fork at buffet table and cake/dessert fork at dessert/cake table.
  • Glassware, including water glass on table and coffee cups at drink station
  • Bartending
  • Set-up of tables, chairs, linens that are provided by University Club
  • Room clean-up
  • Packing up of the wedding parties decorations for later pick up
